Although the shores of St. Ives in Cornwall may be a little warmer than most, you’ve got to be brave to venture into the waters off any British coastline. But that’s exactly where professional free surfer Tom Lowe has spent most of his time.

Cutting his teeth in the chilly British waters has been par for the course for Tom. In fact, it seems he was born to be in the water and, his mum recounts how she had to literally drag him out of the sea, even as a toddler. And today is no different – his adoration and admiration for the ocean are truly honourable.
